This includes information gathered from the Sign Up page for users who enter information for the purposes of booking an appointment at our clinic, providing a referral, or to submit information to a third-party organization. You can choose to abstain from providing us with information, but doing so may result in not being able to use all of our services and features.

Automatic information: Every website you visit collects certain pieces of information that are automatically disclosed to the webhost, such as the IP address of your device, the perceived location of your device, and the time of your visit. This site, like most other sites, records this basic information about your use of the website. This anonymized information is traced via our webhosting services, as well as Google Analytics, a common analytics platform. You may opt out of Google Analytics data gathering using Google’s web browser plugin.    

Information that has been collected automatically (see 1B) may be used by us to understand where users are coming from and how users behave on our website. The goal of collecting this information is to make a better website and improve communication with our users. We do not sell this information to advertisers.

John Alchemy MD collects information from our clients for contact purposes, and may use the same information for promotional purposes. By providing us with your email address or other contact information, you are agreeing to be emailed or otherwise contacted by John Alchemy MD. We use anonymized user-submitted information including anonymized patient data for research and development of John Alchemy MD software’s algorithms. We do not use your information to make automated decisions.

Protecting your information is very important to us. We do not make available any personal information available to any third party without your explicit permission.   

We protect your personal information. We regularly review our business practices for compliance with policies and procedures governing the security and confidentiality of information. Our security policies and practices limit employee access to confidential information. Personal information can only be disclosed to authorized persons.

The privacy of our users is very important to us. We do not disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party without first receiving that user’s permission.   

We offer the services of third-party sites and business relationships to enhance your use of John Alchemy MD. John Alchemy MD expressly disclaims any responsibility for those vendors and for personal information provided by you to them. John Alchemy MD is providing these links to you as a convenience.

This website is not meant for use by children. John Alchemy MD does not sell services or products to anyone under the age of 18.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
