Setting up an appointment with Dr. Alchemy is simple!
* We generally respond to emails faster than phone calls. **It can take insurance carriers up to 5 business days to authorize the claim.
For your safety and convenience, we conduct as many appointments as possible via telemedicine: that means talking to the doctor and our staff over video chat rather than coming into the clinic. In workers’ compensation, most visits with your primary doctor involve checking on your symptoms and making changes to your treatment as needed. Often there is no need for physical examination from the doctor. For this reason, we are able to conduct many visits via telemedicine. For telemedicine, Dr. Alchemy uses the HIPAA compliant version of Zoom meeting software.
Haven’t used Zoom before? No problem. Click here for instructions on setting up Zoom. It’s fast, free, and secure.
